Who we are

Reframe Visuals is the studio responsible for your data. PLACEHOLDER: registered company name and address.

What we collect

• Name and email: from sign-up, orders, the contact form and live chat.
• Live chat: the messages you send, the email you leave so we can reach you, and a random visitor ID stored on your device. We use the email only to answer you and keep your conversation from getting lost; it is not used for newsletters unless you ask.
• Billing details: handled by our payment providers. We do not store card numbers.
• Uploaded images: the files you send for editing.
• Site statistics: anonymous visit data.

Your images

Access is limited to the editor assigned to your batch and the second-stage reviewer, plus staff who maintain our systems where needed to keep them running. We do not send your images to third-party AI services or use them to train AI models. Our editors work with tools on our own machines. We delete your files from our systems 90 days after delivery.

Where files are handled

Our editors are based in Bangladesh, so your files are accessed from there. Every editor is bound by a confidentiality agreement.

Service providers

Payments are processed by PayPal and our card payment provider under their own privacy policies. Live chat messages are stored on our own backend servers (hosted on AWS) and sent to our team by email and team messaging so a person can reply. Anonymous analytics runs only if you accept it in the cookie banner.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, and to object to how we use it. This applies under the EU and UK GDPR and under US privacy laws such as California's. If you are in the EU or UK you can also complain to your data protection authority. We use your data to deliver your order, with your consent for analytics, and to keep the site secure.
